God its like getting blood out of a stone .
will look into it over the weekend for ya. I think the wire is already there - it needs to be tapped into. i made one for Ratty, but i dnt think he has used it yet.

Apparenty the wire is on some models its grey with white, but not on mine

Hey Daft i did try! :doh:
Hamster, mine is the early TD5 like yours and mine didnt have a wire in the dash end of the loom so i had to run through the bulkhead down the engine bay and over the gear box and up into the seat box.
But mine did have a wire in pin 19 at the ECU end. So i soldered mine in.
Got mine from Croytec and they give you all the other little bits to make it work aswell.

yes it works but will change the speaker wire when MHM sorts the right cable and conector for meMaybe Canada is still on dial up

About 6-8 foot
ive just ordered the female conector and just looked on the site again and they do the seal's and the wire so will give them a ring and get seal and wire added to my order
reet - i need an accurate list of what yu need.....
obviously you need the crimp fitting for the ECM connector.
how much wire do yu need? a foot too long is better than a foot too short.
do yu need a connector on the other end for the rev counter?
This will be a single wire - yes?

Yes crimp fitted for EMC and seal thing.
I would say 8 feet of cable should be fine.
And no dont need rev counter end.
