hi i purchased my disco 2 td5 as a cat c damaged repairible so it came part dismantled some parts were broken the viscos fan for instance so that has been upgraded to a kenlowe fan it now starts and runs but i have tried bleeding rad through top hose bleed valve and after about an hour its still blowing some bubbles and the engine is still not hot enough to activate the fan am i missing something here ?

some important things to do to make sure there's no air left):
1. Lift the tank while you fill it untill a clean flow comes out through the bleed hole:
(RAVE)Unclip the epansion tank from its mounting
bracket, remove the expansion tank cap and
raise the expansion tank vertically 10 cm (4 in).
Retain the tank in this position.
Slowly fill the system through the coolant
expansion tank until a steady flow of coolant is
emitted from the bleed hole.
2. After u put back the tank refit just partially the bleed screw(as to let the coolant come out), start the engine and wait untill no bubbles are coming out(refill as to not let the coolant level below minimum if necessary
3. Tighten well the tank's cap(that's very important)
