TD5 Engines

I ask this question as I know nothing about the TD5 lump.
Are TD5 engines as good as 200 / 300Tdi ? Can I expect to get 150 - 200K out of one like the good old 200's (with regular maintenance etc)
The reason I ask is I am looking to buy a new motor (to get to and from work -120 miles a day) and have narrowed it down to 2 - '55 plate Disco 3 TDV6 with 68K or '04 plate Disco TD5 with 104k - I think the TD5 appeals to me more as long as the lump will last.
Your veiws will be appreciated.

two of them are great engines the 200 is a more popular due to being more simple but i would take a td5 anyday if i didnt have my 200tdi
