Ahhh, it was all a bit like....it's too this it's too that, I ain't got the space now and I need long distance comfort and yaddayadda...

Then I drove an amarok which was beltin' and I really thought I was gonna take the plunge. Then a disco 4 today so that muddied the waters cuz I Did want a land rover. But I got back in the 110 after both nd it just makes me smile so soundproofing like yourself, bit of heated screen, mirrors, new seats what more do I need?
 
Can be done easily done matey, you have a few options.
If you have heated screen depending on the current draw form he mirror pads you can connect to same timer system, no biggy if not just use a hot feed to activate it, I could not be arsed with a separate switch for it. Wiring a 12v timer is a doddle just like a relay.

check out exmoor trims extended seat base cushions, i am very tempted. Also I had to drive it without seats in today, do you now what?

its was pukka, used the dog bed folded up ! mad driving position but very comfy and loads of room!

I'm alright leg wise, I ain't got very long legs to be fair, it's my back long distance.

Feck it I might go to pets at home then :p

No joke, I am now seriously thinking of a totally different seat!

The guys at mobile centre are top notch, they even do a towing plug you can use to charge your battery!, Now thats a good idea!
 
Same. I still cant wire up a relay without help, not sure why, brain just melts :oops:

Other cars are comfy, faster and better but they are not a 110 doublecab. Nothing compares out ridiculous 80s era rust buckets hahaha wouldnt change it for anything. Except maybe a Bulldog
 
Had the usual wrestle and swearing at the rubber footwell and tunnel cover flooring, FFS that stuff is just like my cat, totally disobedient and wilful, it wapped me in the face twice, which was nice cos the foam underneath was sopping wet.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

I just love WAGO connectors!, been using them over the last few years on domestic installs etc, but they are perfect for the truck.

I use rainx pink washer additive, its the mutz nutz.
anti fog is similar ot normal rain x i that it beads the water, but the anti fog just makes micro beads instead of mist, so the defender interior glass gets a dose every month in the winter.
