TD4 Oil

Hi,
Just bought a TD4 what is the recomended oil grade, I thought it would be semi synth 10w 40. Someone I know uses fully synth 5w 30. Also how much does the TD4 take?

Fully synthetic is the best option, mines full with 6 litres and others state 6.5 litres, have a look in the handbook.
