Hello, seems like I managed to break it.
Basically went to replace injector 4, but on while I'm there basis pulled out the rest to change the washers and tidy up.
However after this car does not start. Sounds like losing compression... not sure.
Two mistakes were made. One is I did not let the pipes a bit out so there was air on all of them.
The second one is that I initially fitted the guides of the injectors the other way around. I did try to start it but as expected did not start because the injectors were not seated properly.
Now they are seated properly, electric cleaned the connectors, all seem in order but won't start.
I also changed the glow plugs to bosch ones, then put back the old ones but nothing.
Delphi diagnostics throw no error.

Please, any advise is greatly appreciated.

I am hoping it might be the battery. It's on charger now and it's quite low. But it will take a few hours until I have an answer.
It should still start in 2 or 3 injectors I am guessing... can all injector be faulty? When I pulled out all had diesel on top so they do spray something...

It is also 14 degrees here. Can the glow plugs cause this? Fitted new genuine bosch ones. Putting back the old ones makes no difference

Question please. How did you diagnose injector 4 faulty? I find it impossible to identify the individual injector fault.

Leak test plus check on hawkeye for fuel correction.
All were 0.2 this was 1.4. Leak test confirmed.
I think is the battery, managed to start it after 1h charge.

Also at some point car was running in 3cyl and unplugging 4 made no difference. If that doesn't tell I don't know what does.

Could be the glow plugs as well. Says 18nm but two of them were screwing in quite hard, exceeding the 18nm just to get them in place. I guess I need to take them out, 12v test them, test wiring and resistance.
