Freelander 2 (LR2) VIN for injector washer

Hi, first post and first real step into asking for help instead of just guessing my way through life as for once, I cannot find the answer even though I know it is staring me in the face.

Freelander 2, 2.2 TD4

I have a blowing injector, number 3, fine... From the manuals I've read, I can likely just pull the injector and replace the copper washer and I'm guessing the retainer. I know this ain't gonna be an easy mission, but I might as well give it a go - I've done worse (Hopefully).

The problem I have is identifying the washer before I start on this mission....

I can see the retainer as LR001297.

But the washer:
LR000684 - To VIN AH999999
LR066427 - To VIN AH999999 (Believe this to be the 2mm)
LR032818 - From VIN BH999999

Well my VIN is 8H123467 - The serial bit has been removed....

So is my VIN before or after? And I'm guessing the washer difference for the AH is the thickness? Do I just order all 3 as there is no way of knowing or is there some kind of method in this madness...?

All the injectors are the same, so it makes sense all the washers are also the same. Mine is a 9H, but I just bought injector seals, I didn't know there was choice.
