Td4 fuel problem

Hello everyone I’m new to the freelander life I have a m47 2003 5 door and it is failing to start ‘ I’ve upgraded rear pump ‘ front pump seals
Also checked injectors by blanking the return but fuel was coming out the top of one injectors so I suspect a leak ‘ also my rear pump is costantly pumping
