my td4 auto has developed a clunk from the back end after slowing down then accelerating could this be worn bushes causing movement in the drive train possibly the diff.any body else experienced this and knows what the problem is i would greatly appreciate any info on the problem. Thanks in advance to our knowledgeable members .

It's often the diff mounts particularly the front one.
You'll need to check it's condition to prove it's the issue.
I'd normally suggest checking the VCU and tyres too, as those will load up the bushes, giving an early sign of a potential problem brewing.
is this a job can tackle off my car ramps if so should i replace them all or just the duff one

It's doable at home, but sometimes you need to push and pull the diff around to fit the mounts. Normally the front mount goes first, so that's the place to look, but like I said, you need to check the VCU and make sure the tyres are identical, as diff mount failure is normally due to a problem elsewhere, loading up the diff mounts due to wind up.
