td4 buzzing then engine cuts out

2001 td4 just had a new fuel pump fitted (the tank pump) about 3 weeks ago. In the last few days when travelling slowly and approaching a turn as soon as I back off the throttle there is a fairly strong buzzing noise then the engine stops. Restarting is normal and so far the car then functions normally. The buzzing seems to be coming from the front and the problem is only occasional. Any ideas?

bad earth, shorting out when using indicators, suggest you investigate before you have an electrical fire on your hands.
