Yes, if you mean replace them with the facelift type front lights. You can get kits to do it I believe.

Don't know that it improves things in any department other than the looks though, so that'd be a personal choice, either you like the look and want them, or not. But it'll still be a pre-facelift Disco 2 pretending to be a post facelift Disco 2.

You pays yer money, you takes yer choice.

Not sure yet as i think you would need to change the bumper too to complete the facelift look.

Yes but it's bloody expensive! The lights fetch 2-300 quid alone (at least they did when I fancied doing it to my old disco) and you have to change the wiring too and surrounds too. There are complete kits available but they're like 800quid I think (again, going back a while now) And you don't have to change the bumper but it looks a bit crap if you dont lol

Think the light units are about £190 each from John Craddocks Internet Site, I was going to see if I could retro fit them to a D1, but at that price no chance, as I'd kick myself if I broke one off roading!

Guess I was lucky, as when I did my conversion to my 300, picked up a pair of face lift lights for £100 off ebay...although they were full of mud and needed stripping and cleaning......but now fitted and looking good

i did mine a while ago, 2 new headlights and two new under trim,got wiring kit from DLS land rover and a relay, left the old bumper alone, 2 paint aerosols form Transpares by post and 1 days work, job done!! they are a lot brighter than before
sold old ones on ebay as 2 halves and got £120.00 back
so not a lot of outlay at all

be careful where you get the lights, there are a few sets that get stolen and sold on an auction site!! If you know what i mean, your better going new as second hand sometimes on the auction site make more than new, then if PC plod gets you, as you do not know the source then your not facelift!! but glum face!

got the lights - but the lower filler strips are expensive anorl
