Freelander 1 TC and HDC MIL on and one brake light not working

My TC and HDC MIL lights are on and my right rear brake light is not working
The bulb is fine, it just don't work
ABS does work as I had to do a emergency stop half on the road half on the verge the other day due to some idiot in a beemer
I'm drowning in work commitments so I'm looking for advise and help directly rather than doing a search.

Most likely brake switch at pedal, had same symptoms the other week and new switch solved it.

Also had a look and access seems good for ones
Something easy to sort myself for a change
