That is testing the SOH of the battery.
I have a battery tester that will tell me that without turning the engine on, and it will also test the 120ah deep cycle 'house' batteries in the back of the camper.
Its whether the engine is charging the battery which is the dilemma I referred to. In that video its obvious, because once the engine is running, the voltage jumps up to 14v. On these new vans sometimes the voltage does not rise.

Fitted new alternator. All good.
Many many fault codes stored in engine, auto gearbox, abs and srs ECUs. Mostly low voltage not surprisingly.
Cleared and good to go again.
