Greetings,
I gave my engine a good cleaning with paraffin earlier, to see if I could find "the leak". It turns out that one of my leaks was due to the oil filter not being on tight enough, and I've sorted this out, however, it looks like I've got a leak around the clutch side of the sump (actually from where the sump meets the crank case. I was wondering how heavy the sump is, and if I drained it first, would it be something I could drop down easily just using a trolley jack or something? I don't want to try and get a tonne of iron in the face if it's really heavy
Cheers. Tom.
