What would cause the brake pedal to make an odd sound, when starting the car?
Imagine letting the air out of a balloon, whilst squeezing the hole to make a high pitch noise. The noise is like that, but a bit lower tone.
Definitely not a squeaky joint, definitely a different type of noise.
