Both boxes on my Disco 200tdi are straight through, they are normal Bosal replacement boxes.

i need to do something with my exhaust, the exhaust is half the size of the down pipe ? i think its cos its still got the standard pipe on not one to fit the disco engine thats been put in ?

so i think when i get some cash i will do the same as you 90boy

As you have taken the back box off i take it that you have not connected anything to the middle section? Only interested as im removing mine at the weekend leaving a straight through section and connecting this to some cobbled up bits to exit the exhaust from underneath

got custom made bit of pipe for £20 to come off the mid box and exit where the old one did

Is this with a 200tdi? I've got a 200tdi in my Series 3 and i know the pipe isn't the right thickness, I'm hoping it's losing me some power so I get an increase when I sort it out :D Is the exhaust the same thickness from turbo outlet back to the tail pipe?

hmmm i may look into that as i've just knackered my back box this morning and buggered if i'm buying a new one with all else needed atm.
