Stolen Headlights !!

Just come to go to work and somebody has helped themselves to my facelift headlights !!! the cheeky Fu@@@rs cant believe it !!
Not sure how much damage has been caused as where I live we dont have street lights !! Just hope my insurance covers it !!! this seems to be a regular problem, im gutted as I only have had the car 3 weeks !!

lot of it goin on in halifax area, cheeky **** then flogs em on ebay...

My parents live in the glourious Halifax but unfortunatly there are some scumbags there. Ive had a welder nicked out their stable, horse rugs at the same time. And my dad thinks his plastic fork (used for shifting ****e) has been nicked!

there everywhere m8..

just heard of a lot of disco head light thefts there... was even a piece in local rag..

What about some of these to slow the feckers down.

There won't be any damage to you car, but fixing points on the lights will be busted.

You loads like this on eBay.

Hope they don't come my way, i've forgot to close my garage doors in the past so tool box on wheels plus a 3 ton trolly jack were on show, even forgot to lock the disco a few times.

Thats all in the past now, disco put away and garage is now alarmed up and set at night.

Im in Sandbach Cheshire its pretty rural here no street lights etc and I live on a quiet lane !! cant believe I was only in the living room when they were stolen !! wife seems to think that there is also some damage to the paintwork !! I presume that they pull the bottom trim off then unscrew them ?

No good for the front, but I'd get some for your rears, cause they'll be gone next !!!.

Nope !!.

They just rip em out. Badtids.

Just wire your chassis to the mains. That'll stop em.

The rears have those plastic lens protectors on, if I were to fit front lens protectors on would this assisit in keeping them this time ? I have seen a kit on flea bay but it does not look to robust ?

i saw some on Ebay last week address was in leeds, headlight plugs too, i bet a pund to a penny they were stolen! wants wiring up to 240v, them make there hair curl when they cut the headlight lead

How my baby used to look !!

Might be worth investing in set of these when you get your new lights, although they don't look hard to make!

Thats what I've done.

You're never going to stop a determined thief, but it might just put a scroat of nicking them.

i did read somewhere that certain car headlights give the right light intensity for growing marjuana
