Must be gutting, did you have security? Hope it's found and returned

Hi Lee, Thanks and yes gutted will not quite cover it. Crooklock on steering wheel and another on clutch pedal to steering wheel and the usual steering lock.

getting close to 48 hours now The police advise after this time little chance of it being found!!!

Although Insured for £7k Insurers say only book price as no vehicle to inspect.

Feel for you there, put loads of time effort and money into mine and it's great, can't imagine how I'd feel if it went missing, really hope you get it back.
Sometimes they just get parked up locally in car parks/multi-storeys, side streets etc just incase there is a tracker, might be worth a drive around?

Perhaps if you had put the location from where it was stolen those of us in the area could have kept an eye open for it. Putting 'Dorset' is not very helpful

Nonetheless I really hope you get it back, or if not, the value of the vehicle. Whatever you do don't accept the first offer from your insurer, there's a few on this forum that have refused the first offer and eventually received the full value of the vehicle, good luck ;)

If it's insured for 7k, You've paid the premium for 7k. Wait till they give you 7k (minus any excess).

If you have any photo's that'd help sway them. Else it should be classed as fraud.

Have edited original post with Vin and engine no's. Location was North Dorset. between Blandford Forum and Shaftesbury. Stolen Monday about 0300ish. Lady in village saw some lights during the violent storm. Possible local knowledge as another blag went on in next village of Ashmore. Thanks for your help.

Eeesh.
Stick to your guns with regard valuation against 'book value'.
I did in March. Told the insurance to find me a similar 90 in condition, mileage and equipment. They couldnt. Paid up shortly after the FULL value I had insured for.

Set up a parts/vehicle search on ebay/gumtree etc.

That's how I found the remains of my 90. (H392AYP).

The scum will get caught.

Do hope you get yrs back tho.
Just how many ONE OWNER 90's of that age are around tell em. Ffs!

The others are right - vehicle will be laid up somewhere to see if there is a tracker - unless the theives have a scanner etc.

Fingers crossed.

Thank's Adrian. I am still hopefull Bethania will be found. Intact pref. I am doing the e-bay and gumtree searches in case I get a clue. Police say same night a blag on a warehouse full of Snap-on tools was carried out about three miles away from where my Landy was stolen. Have checked the OS map and the village of ASHMORE where the blag took place can be accessed by tracks from my house only crossing one main road.

I walked up the lane for about three miles next morning and found agressive block tread tracks. Just like my BFG mud terrains!!!
Who knows. Ever hope full. and fingers crossed. Cheers.

Cheers Igloo, have been printing off photos showing condition and spec. Looking for any invoices etc. Waiting to post off claims form as it's almost giving up hope..
