Hello all,i bought a new cd player for the car,can i buy an adaptor so it works off the steering wheel??? thanks.

Oh? I dont know....have you been into anything goes, recently?

They're not confessions - people just can't avoid letting their inner selves from surfacing. A bit like cream always floats to the top. Or in AGs case, turds float to the surface. But I get the point about encounters,:D:D

Ignore the rest of the comments.

I understand you wish to control your stereo from your steering wheel.

Here's the cheapest way -

If you go along to any good hardware store, in this example i'll use Screwfix and purchase item no. 93075 or similar and also 13372 and 2 self tappers.

Cut the red or power wire from your stereo and extend the two wires you now have. Screw the back box into your steering wheel in the middle (avoiding the airbag) feed the the wires into the backbox and put one in each side of the switch, screw the switch to the backbox and hey presto remote switching of your stereo from your steering wheel.

If you require anything further in the way of modifications then don't hesitate to ask.

In reply to the OP, reach across towards the centre of the car and press the relevant buttons to control your stereo.
Shouldn't be too hard to do in a Landy as they're usually stationary, waiting for the recovery truck
