Steering wheel pulsing viabrating 2002 TD5 auto

Hi looking for a bit of advice above 45 mph it feels like the steering wheel is pulsing or viabrating
Haven't checked anything yet hope someone can send me in the correct direction

Could be several things. Wheels out of balance/worm steerring-suspension components, Does it only occur only when braking? If so look for disc run out.
Just check through everything in a thorough and methodical fashion.

Not when braking just at above 45mph it's like the steering wheel is going from right to left very quickly

Give the tyres a good examine in the tread. Same problem happened on my old D2, it turned out one of the tyres was badly dis-formed and bulging on one side (in the tread) causing the issue.
Or swap front wheels to back and try?

Mud dried onto the wheel throws all wheel balance out.

I had the same thing and all it was a front wheelwright had pinged off,rebalanced for£8 sorted!
