came across some stuff called "Steel Seal" it claims to be able to fix HGF without any diassembly, has anyone tried this or am i just being a mug even looking at the stuff?
any input would be much appreciated

most of these wonder cures are to good to be true, just replace the head gasket properly and save yourself a lot of possible hassle.
once the stuffs in your engine youll never get rid of it.

i had the head gaskets replaced last month, unfortunatley did not get any warranty on repairs, would there be a reason why they have gone again already or just a crap job?
cheers

If the heads are warped and weren't skimmed when the gaskets were changed, its likely to have been money thrown away and would need to be done again - properly!

The heads were skimmed, would there be any other underlying problem which would cause car to go through head gaskets?

i must confess i have been thinking about 'steel seal' too.
thinking since mine is goosed anyway... what is the worst that could happen lol.
