**FIXED**

I have had an intermittent starting problem for about 6 months, starter motor and solenoid are new, was told it was imobiliser, keyfob, wiring loom, starter relay amongst other things. starting involved turning the key up and down 20 times it was worse when really hot.

Anyway it went in the garage today to have the rear diff mounts done and i could not start it when i got back in it, so i took the cowling off on the steering wheel, i pulled all the wires and still could not start it, went to the back to take the plug off to try cleaning the switch, theres two screws these were loose so i pushed it forward and it started straight away.

screws now tight and its working fine so maybe someone else will find this quick fix of use.

The switch is on the back of the ignition barrel on the left hand side of the wheel theres a black switch that attaches to the ignition barrel.
