I can comfirm head gasket is nackerd ... topped the the water with 10ltr and still it didnt fill the expansion bottle but the level on the dip stick went up alot ... and timiing belt looks ok

Yes. It sounds like your vehicle has no compression. Why not get someone to crank the starter motor over while you watch the timing belt or camshaft. If it's going around then yer engine is FUBAR'd.

will do that tomorrow ..got my battery charging up now

update ... just put a part charged battery on it .. took the top timing belt cover off.. turned the key and i could see the belt trying to turn the cams... battery now back on charge

When you say "trying to turn the cams" are they actually turning or just juddering?? These engines have a habit of sheering the cambelt teeth near to crankshaft pulley and I fear this is what has happened to yours.
Has the engine overheated recently??

I say trying due to thefact there aint enuff juice in the battery to turn it over .. as for over heating no .. but i was not driving it when it broke down .. a mate borrowed it .. he drove 300 yards down the road and it cut out on him and hasnt started since

ok tried to turn it over with a fully charged battery and it would not... just made a clunk noise .. do you think adding 8-10 ltr water that went nowhere but to the oil sump has to much preasure to turn it over ? i've taken out the spark plugs ..but made no difference

A quick way to check is to drop the sump plug out, allow the contents of the sump to drain, and then try turning the engine over by hand by putting a big spanner or knuckle bar and socket on the bottom pulley nut.

well i have finally found time to work on the enginge and on doing so i noticed that some teeth on the cam belt were missing ... and on taking the head off all was not good 5 snapped valve stems and two spilt cyliner liners

my mess of a engine
