Hi ladies and gents, I'm new to the forum so my question might have been well covered before.

All the bolts on my 05 110 dcpu are showing signs of serious corrosion. Especially those in the rear of the cab that hold the seats and the seatbelts down, some have broken down so badly you cant get a spanner on them.

I was going to replace them all with stainless, including door hinge's, bonnet, lights and crossmember etc etc but have heard some horror stories regarding electrolitic corrosion.

whats the general opinion?
