SRS light on

Hi

Can anyone help please, I have a 2002 L322 vogue 4.4 and the SRS airbag light is on the icarsoft 1930 is saying the passenger seat is occupied has anyone had this fault as i cannot clear the fault code, any advise greatly appreciated thanks.

Under the seat is a connector...they can show fault due to moving the seat back and causing either the wire or connector to come undon.

The other is due to dampness getting into connector.

I would advise having a look under the seat and seeing if you see any loose cables or connectors. If so you know what to do...if not I would undo clip and check the connectors and re-fit.
If this doesn't fix it then you might need to bridge the connector under the seat.

Easy fix so nothing to worry about. I had this issue on my Freelander and disco.
