Got a busy couple of months coming up before me MOT so wanted to replace me springs n shocks.Been told not to get Britpart Standard Height Heavy Duty Coil Springs and Shock Absorbers Kit - Def 90 Disco 1 Range Rover Classic so what set should i get and where from?Ta very much, like.:nospamhere:

im useing old man emu HD which ive got to say is a little stiff when im empty.

you can use the chart to decide on stiffness....

i put a set of std height HD springs from MM 4X4 and just put a set of aftermarket shocks on our discovery a couple of weeks ago and tbh its not bad for the price as there on offer! also put them on me old RR classic, we use them for normal road use and towing and suits us well..

SPRINGS & SHOCKS

have a nose at these, you could get the springs and shocks for around 100 quid, depends on your needs and what you expect at the end of the day though, but at that price i snatched em up

dont be a tight arse on the shocks,get cheap springs by all means but get proper shocks.

i am a tight arse
and it says armstrong on the box so they must be good pmsl
anyway,like i said its what you need em for and what you expect, we use our disco for everyday use and also use it for towing a good size 4 berth caravan and a car full of kids and swag plus a big LR roof box and it does its job on that set up now as the old units were tired and sagging..for us there was no need to spend any more on uprated shocks when these do the job WE want them for..
