Which after throwing a white towel down onto the carpet it came up red!! the only red liquid I put in my Landy is the engine coolant!

I was on the search for some technical information, pipe routes etc that would show me what is in the area that I could trouble shoot but I cam up blank, I think they call them RAVE cd's? (repairmylandrover)

Does anyone have any idea what this could be or access to the ISO / PDF's I am searching for?

Vehicle is a 2004 2.5V6 Freelander with 49K on the clock.

Any help is gratefully appreciated

Just had mine replaced as it also leaked coolant. It's a dash out job. The pros did it in a relatively short space of time. About 4 hours.

Thats not too bad, if it includes the cost of the new matrix too, Did you find the passenger footwell damp and constantly topping off the coolant?

Have a look round andstick some replies up Pickled Egg. We aren't bad on here, I'll act as your wing man. ;)

Was that for new parts or scrappers stuff?

No point in using 2nd hand heater matrix, it's a long old job to replace, definitely not a job that needs repeating to often. The new matrix isn't that expense really.
Last one I fitted came from good old ebay for around £90 iirc.

Got a refurb in mine to be cheap. Wish I hadn't. Just get a new one. Labour is normally the biggest cost if your paying to have it done
