Well, the first problem is hill and ditch, you gotta cut that **** out, the sand there ruins everything.

Next, it's most likely to be the motor itself.

The wipers don't have a relay, not on 200s at least, the self park is handled in the motor itself and it is likely shorting out.

Access the motor in the bulkhead and open it up for a strip and clean and see what's what.

Nightmare of a place. Won't be goin again. Another problem that has arose is the rating the temperature adjuster had just gone slack and it's stuck on cold!?!?

You'll have to take the heater fascia off and check the cables, could have either snapped or broken a heater cable

I snapped mine iirc and just set the heater to full hit using the lever on the box and then used it as and when

Hateful heater tbh, is now replaced with a much simpler unit :)

Good question tbh, it's one of the few things I've not had to replace on mine

Pretty sure it's under the scuttle in the engine bay, probably a Haynes job if it's not obvious!

DiscoNickY i had the same problem last year its was a caput motor i changed the stalks and it made no difference then changed the motor and hay presto perfect wipers again

to get to the motor it is like mr noisey said under the scuttle in the engine bay on the drivers side, remove the wiper rods which is pretty obvious how it comes off there is a steel cover with 4 bolts(poss 6) that are 10mm un do them and the motor comes out attached to the plate

haha more water to brake things woop!!! i wish i could do a p&p day soon but have a dead winch and a knackered transfer box so im on repair duty's still i will get there

Never been Bala before. Not much deep water is there. I've had my fill of ridiculously deep water now anyway. Think I'll steer clear of it. Haha. Sure there'll still be more breakages tho.

Yeah had a hunch that was the case.

Want somebody to make use of them!

Keep um for that moment when someone says i need some. ;)

Ive just stripped a front and back axle and have everything out of them sitting waiting for when someone needs something.

Im not getting rid of my chrome swivels though ;)

haha hang onto them chrome swivels like your life depends on it, one day, it might!

just REALLY want to clear a whole room in our cellars at work and stuff that has gone into it is for sell or scrap and nothing is allowed to be removed from the room unless sold or scrapped

forceful space making!
