Today I have tried to lift my car to off road mode (it has worked before) but only one beep then nothing. No error in the system and no 3 beeps which indicates for example if door open. Also no flashing light on instrument pack.
Any idea what could be the problem? Thanks

Hi Berg,
Assuming all your doors are closed when you try to lift it, does your compressor work? Also check your RH sensors are ok.

If nanocom was connected to the BCU or SLABS it used to alter settings on it's own without request so re-check all the settings for SLS and warnings to be as they should:

some questions:
1. Can you see the ORM and SLS warnings on ignition elf test?
2. If you let all the warnings go out after the ignition was turned on 2 can you hear the 3 bongs to confirm the system self check is passed?
3. if you leave a door opened and lock with the fob can you hear the misslock warning(horn)?

Yes Nanocom was connected several times as I reset the height after 2"lift removal and also a week ago when I changed shocks.
I will double check your points tonight, but as I remember:
1, yes
2, I do not remember that it has ever made this 3 bong signal for self check...
3, yes

Yes it was working (tried some times). Something has happaned during recalibration or I do not know.
I will try something tonight what I have read in an other forum, put it to low gear and try ORM after....let see. One guy had exactly the same issue and this has solved it

I'm watching this with interest cos this trick has no technical backup at all nor any logic but as we know when it comes to a D2 everything is possible

though as your's is a facelift it must give you the 3 bongs after the system self test... if it doesnt do that(provided you dont crank it before that and the SLABS ECU was not changed with an earlyer modell) then the ECU becomes suspect(or corrosion in plugs), not uncommon for them to fail especially if it was some water ingress in that area

Can also the set ride height affect this function? Mine is on about 70-75mm (instead of the standard 61mm) measured from bump stop.

The ECU doesnt know the distance from the bump stops only the sensor inputs and it doesnt have a reference map in it, the inputs saved as target heights are the SLS normal height for the ECU and the ORM should start from there

Ok, checked again and it works it raises and lowers as it should with 40mm. The only thing is that still no ORM light.
But the lights are working when i turn the ignition to pos 2 and also when i connect nanocom and check sls functions. Strange.

And what does it mean? New ECU will be needed soon? Or i can use the car as it is even with these small issues?
