my 90 was originally the utility model but has had the county windows added later on. Gotnit last week and noticed that the windows are the wrong way round! The opening latch bit is on the inside but the front half of the 2 is on the inside and I’m assuming it should be on the outside!
I’ve had a quick look before it got dark tonight but can’t see easily how to remove them?? Can it be done or would I have to swap the frame over??

That's weird. My front pane is the outer one, if your pane is inside - how does the catch engage?

I think pics are required.

I’ll stick pics on tomorrow, probably clearer.

Yeah clip is at the top on the inside of the rear glass which is on the outside panel. Need to have a better look at it!!

You will have to either unscrew the bottom channel or drill the screws out (you might have to remove the front angle piece as well)
Then remove both pieces of glass, put the front glass in place with the metal spacer behind it, then replace the rear glass and put the completed slide back in place.
Drill a few holes and insert 4-5 countersunk-head self tappers in to hold it all together.

Just take both windows out, swap them over from one side of the car to the other. Your windows are the right way up (clip at top) the right way assembled (outer glass moves) but the wrong side of the car (clips at back instead of front) so if they were the other side all will be well. just peel the rubber out of the frame to expose the rivets and drill away carefully.
