series safari roof 88"

Sorry guys. I new 2 all this. Need bit of advise. I have just removed my safari roof and sides of me landy and have offered it 2 a lad i know for free! only now 2 find out he selling his landy in a months time. Two things 1st is are these roofs well sort after making them worth a few quid and secondly if fitted to his (series 2 pick up at mo) would it make it easier to sell.
