Seat swap Freelander 2 GS TD4

Hi,
I have option to install a set of leather electric seats (to replace cloth manual ones), and was wondering if there was the option (other than installing extra wiring loom) to simply replace the seat base and back on the manual seat frame with the one from the leather seat?
I assume the rear seats will be straightforward to swap.
If the answer is no I might just have to consider putting leather seats on eBay.

I would think you could swap over the seat trim, if the shape of the frames is the same.
