Same tyre size, different tread

Guys - had a puncture at weekend, fitted spare which is the same size (265/75R16) but a different tread pattern and less tread as the other three are much newer. I need to run with the spare for a week or so including one day laning - will this be an issue or so long as the tyres are same size it will be ok?

yes it will be okay but would be best practice to have 4 equal tyres

The diff takes care of any slight difference in the rotating speed of the wheels.
