That's a lot of money for a Series one - not like you can get chassis easily for them either. Doubt even Johnny C would tackle welding that up!

id be able to do it mate with no troubles but after the **** n strife im getting from the pushy owner of a certain austin for how long its taking to do all the bodywork fabricate parts for the engine added to the fact ive had it here for 3 weeks now and he recons he cant get the front brake assembly for the fukker even though theres hundreds on ebay for the old mini coopers that are identical :flame::flame::flame::flame::flame:

i doubt id wanna be doing anything for anyone ever again after this within the 3 weeks its been here its unravveled half the issues and anxiety problems it took me 14 months to wrap up :mad:

Johnny - just tell him shut up or take the fecker back wiv the bucket of bits you've already taken off ...

Don't let him wind you up, FFS you're doing him a favour ...

don't he need to get an mot on it before he can swap the reg. perhaps they have another 107 that needs an ID

I know where there is a half rebuilt 107 with a perfect bulkhead and chassis
