new one's bout 40 squids, plus a bit er tricky welderin.
best way is to tack the new one in place, then run a seam of JB Weld round the outside.

Cheers for the offer Trewy, hav got a spare axle mesel. Just sortin out when I gonna get time to put it in.

Will drop the diff out to see how many bits is left in one piece. I dont think there will be many though
