I’ve recently bought a 110 Double cab and i am in the process of ‘De-Rusting’ it (something I gather is a never ending and un-winnable battle). I’ve spent the day dismantling and removing the rear floor and seat box(?), however I’m now trying to work out exactly what it is that needs replacing. The key parts are the supports underneath, however I’m not sure exactly what they’re called and as such am struggling to find replacements (if they are actually made by anyone).
I’d be incredibly grateful if someone could steer me in the right direction!
(Apologies for the awful photos, I’ll get some better ones in the light tomorrow)
The red line on photo 3 shows where it sits, i foolishly forgot to get photos before removing it! It had the seatbelt brackets attached at either end if this helps?

I’ve looked up the chassis number and discovered that it wasn’t originally a Double cab.
letter 7 of the chassis number is ‘A’ which indicates it left the factory as ‘Truck cab, Soft top or hard top (Utility Body)’ or possibly a hi-cap as some had the A prefix also.
So is it possible that these parts belong to the original body form? Lots of the rear seat box arrangement doesn’t appear to be original to me!

Welcome to Landrover ownership, everytime i order parts i cross my fingers and hope for the best when they ask for a chassis no. worse now i have put a 200tdi engine out of a disco in my 90.

But most of us on the forum never learn, i hope to pick up my next project today.

Good luck with sourcing the parts for yours, if in doubt ask on here, there are lots of very knowledgable people with a passion for land rovers who are more than happy too help, and you can bet that yours wont be the first with that modification on here
