Hi Guys,
Im new to this forum and to Land Rovers but im thinking of selling my D4D Toyota Landcruiser GX and buying a Mk III Rangie, ideally a 02/03 TD6. However, ive heard they give all sorts of hassle from xenon headlights to gearbox issues, diff issues and the good old Air Suspension. What im wondering is is this exaggerated mostly or are they as troublesome as people make out, the other alternative is a 3.0d X5 from the same era. I will be mapping the Td6 engine and doind a few other mods but these wont affect the reliability as they will be cosmetic (Larger rims, some shiny bits! ).
Thanks guys,
Ben
