rough on start up

hi all
just a small problem when my p38 4.0se starts up in the cold mornings it fires first turn of the key, but it runs rough untill it gets warm then its ok.
any one got any idears
had a service few months ago new plugs ect

Have the plugs back out,see if any are rusty on the end.

Its usually the first signs of head gasket/cracked block,coolant gets into the combustion chamber and causes a missfire,and after a while the end of the plug rusts.
