Roof tents

Hello everyone,
I have a 110 and I am planning to go on a expedition from London to Kenya, I need a roof tent just to house myself, It needs to keep cool in the sun, I have a budget of £1500 for the tent. So what do you guys suggest.

Not sure of the cost in the UK but I run a Hannibal and have taken it all over the Aussie outback and it has never let me down. The cover has taken an absolute beating from branches and held up superbly.

Thanks I have look and they are hard to get, but what about Howling Moon does anyone know if they are good as I can source them in the UK

I've only ever heard good things about Hannibal tents. I'm also jealous of the engine in your 110.

Thanks, I will try and find a Hannibal tent in England, about the engine I was given the car by someone who thought it was broken but as it turned out it just needed a new battery, had only 90,000 Km and tha Chassis is in perfect condition and im only 15

Unfortunatly over my budget so I think I will look at Howling moon as they look good and cheaper

Im planning on going on my gap year when I leave school, but I will look

Have a look at the armadillo ones, I thought they looked quite good at the shows and they're reasonably priced
