Right Here is the update.....

Well over the last few weeks I have been making up the brackets and bars for the additional roof lights, also constructed an interface relay control box for under the bonnet. All the lights are now controlled via separate switchs on the dash (These only work on FULL Beam)

Will get some night shots later also be able to align them properly

Let me know what you think.

Here is the finished items....

Well here's a bit more of the wiring.

Wires going up the driverside of the windscreen, all cables heat shrunk and then plastic tied to the rubber.

All Bar wiring internal to the bar also heatshrunk to protect from the elements.

All wires coming down into the engine bay and wired via sealable plastic glands into all the fuses and relays.

All Earths and +Ves Connected directly to the battery to ensure good continuity for the power supplies.

inner arches look healthy!

Yes mate, looked all over the truck all inner archs and chassis also rear door jams are rust free, think I bought a good one, also don't think it has been off-roaded much, there is no obvious grounding damage under the old girl. Also body work not showing any ali-corrosion as yet. Only damage I have is a small dent in the rear N/S passenger door, where it looks as if it has been bashed agains at wall, but I am hoping this year to get that sorted.
