was one on lr4x4 for 250 yesterday - along with the GB and tranny box - and everything else you'd need

content says:

Pair of Disco doors £25 each

About 250 quid seems to be about the going rate for an average disco 200tdi engine at the mo. More for a low mileage realy good un or maybe a bit less for a higher mileage one or one without any history.

still think they go for nearer 300 - 250 usually just gets you the engine sans rad, alt etc

that one above has the GB and the disco tranny box included - the GB and tranny are worth 100 quid on the their own - and fitting the disco tranny box to a depender is a must do modification in my mind

I have to agree with this, I have done that to mine and its great :D

Couldn't agree more. I've broken three discos in the last couple of months the engines have al gone for 250ish. LT230s seem to make about 50 quid on ebay though you see them advertised for a lot more elsewhere. I don't find disco gearboxes very easy to shift. Mind you a properly good one is a rare beast.
