Ride hight

Hiya. Have recently bought another 110 to replace my old 110 but I've noticed the new one has a much lower ride hight than the old one by at least 4 inches. The old one has 7.50 r 16 tyres on whereas the new one's tyres are smaller which accounts for some of the difference, but would that be the only thing? As far as I know the old vehicle had standard springs. It cirtainly had no lift kit. Are there different hights of spring apart from just standard and 2" lift?
Also is it normal for a 110 to have tyres smaller than 7.50 r 16?

yes and yes

HD springs approx 2 inch difference, 750's vary some are not too tall 29 inch and some XCL mitchelin are 31 inch so you could be 3.5 inches difference in height
