Revving whilst changing gear

Hi everyone,

I've had my Freelander MK1 for a few days now and have noticed that between 4th & 5th gear the car is over revving whilst changing gears.

Does anyone know what is wrong with it?

Id guess Auto..if its manuall, carefully release pressure on right foot when changing gears

Sorry yeah it's a TD4 Automatic.
