Revs keep climbing?

When I'm not moving and rev car it normal but if I'm rolling at say 30mph and take it out of gear and rev it when my foot comes of it Carrys on revenge on its own a extra 5/600 rpm.

when was the last time you checked the crankcase breather filter ?

are you using engine oil ?

It 1 year old and and it's the new BMW one and it's not using oil

Just noticed that it revs normal if I hold clutch down it only does it when out of gear and rolling
