Disco 2 Reset gearbox adaptive values

have recently had a remap done by Alive Tuning and all my recent problems seem to have gone, although the gear changes don't feel right. Just wondering if I should do the adaptive value reset so the ECU can relearn my driving style? Do have a Nanocom. Assume its ok to do this after a remap?

It's OK to do it when ever you want cos it can't hurt so go for it, also if there are fault codes logged clear those too
