replacing doors

I have a land rover 90 1989 and the door has dropped I think as when shut it locks off but you can still see into the inside. I want to change the doors to the series three style and I saw a complete kit to change over they were brand new full kit series style built for defender amd now I cannot find them anywhere if anyone has any ideas on how to stop the door from being so open even when locked, or knows where the full door kit is then much obliged.
