Hi, I changed the locks and window runners on my 2004 td5, the door frames are totally rotten. Skins are bad at the bottom as well.
I’ve been looking around at complete doors, lr parts direct seem to be a good price for a pair, has anyone used them?
Are they a pretty good fit for after market?

Get rid of them entirely and fit proper doors, galvanised bottom And capping, aluminium door top (Rocky Mountain/military) and then military door cards. Much better doors, longer lasting, and more room in the cab.

However, paintman panels do good doors and the last ones I bought came from SP 4x4 and they fitted with no problems.
