L322 Front doors deadlocked, do I have to break the locks?

Hi, messed up a bit...disconnected drivers side front door loom where it goes through A pillar to check for corrosion. Small amount of corrosion, was going to sort out later so shut door and locked it manually. Unlocked it following day, started car to move it and now both front doors are deadlocked. Managed to re-connect loom from kick panel. Doors lock and unlock with fob and button on dash but doors won't open.
Tried battery reset but hasn't worked. Will I have to break the locks??

I edited a previous post as that's now sorted....just the locks to sort!!!
