Got a core plug that's rusty and leaking, how hard are these to replace and if so best way of fitting the new plugs, I'm going to replace all 6 as they all look abit corroded,

hit one side till then spin on edge then prise out ,mole grips are good for that , clean hole ,locktite edge and tap in using a loose fitting socket ,ensuring they are square and lip is just in from the hole edge
 
as above, make sure you have enough room to refit them squarely, easy if block is on the bench , can be difficult in situ, behind ancillaries etc.
