P38A Replacement lump: which way to go?

...my 4.2ltr did the same as yours a couple of years back. I had top hat liners put in by the local Land Rover specialist in Alton. So far very good.

An update. First off....I know, OK? I just know. So before a resigned (collective noun) of Range Rover owners descend on the homestead armed with breaker bars with 6" nails welded to the ends, ready to do bodily harm to the philistine.....I know.
But, the "best £20 I will ever spend.."? Jury's out on that one. But it most certainly IS the best £12.99 I'll ever spend, especially where a vehicle is involved.
3/4 of a bottle of that stuff and all my woes disappeared overnight. (Anyone with rising blood pressure please re-read the first line).
I'm still working on the replacement block theory, but if nothing else it gives me some breathing room.
Now, lower portcullis and raise drawbridge and get ready for an evening's telly.

relax it wont give you any more bother save you dow ;) ran mine with red blood in the water for easy12 months then sold it a good friend who ran it another 12 months +with no issues, then he sold it on. never missed a beat & didnt clog/block anything.
